Morimasa Ueda

Morimasa Ueda has more than 20 years of experience in auditing, accounting advisory, and management consulting. Morimasa was an audit partner of EY LLP Financial Service Office in the United States. He was the only Japanese local partner at EY LLP Financial Service Office.  As such, he had worked with various Japanese clients on various issues.  He always committed to listening to his customers, understanding their views, and creating long-term value for customers. This attitude remained the same at EY, and he regularly was consulted with employees who were from overseas and struggling with cultural differences, and he always thought about solutions from their standpoints.

It is true that the Big 4 accounting firm and other accounting firms are selecting clients based on a revenue basis as their firms grow in size. In addition, service fee rates increase every year because of the increase in overhead costs such as risk management of accounting firms, including PCAOB inspection preparation, and technology development costs. We aim to eliminate those overhead costs and we only think that are unnecessary for customers and to provide services at the right price that commensurates with the cost.
